“We recently had an irrigation system installed by Nova Irrigation, and our experience with Jay and his team has been excellent from start to finish.
Jay was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. His pricing was very competitive, and he took the time to explain the design and answer all of our questions. I especially appreciated his attention to detail. He designed the system with proper head-to-head coverage and even added a few extra sprinkler heads in areas where he felt additional coverage would be beneficial. He also told us that if one of our hydrangea bushes ends up needing more water, he would come back and add another head, free of charge, if necessary, which shows the level of great customer service he provides.
The installation crew was friendly, professional, and clearly experienced. The entire project was completed in just two days, and they did a good job restoring the lawn afterward. Of course the lawn needs lots of water and love after the installation, but it’s much better than I imagined. Several neighbors have commented on how good the yard looks and were surprised that an irrigation system had just been installed because the lawn disturbance was minimal.
The final walkthrough and system overview were very thorough. Jay made sure we understood how everything worked and patiently answered all of our questions.
So far, we couldn’t be happier with the service, professionalism, communication, and quality of work. Nova Irrigation has been wonderful to work with, and I would highly recommend Jay and his team to anyone considering an irrigation system.
I’ll update this review over time as we gain more experience with the system, but based on the installation process and customer service alone, Nova Irrigation has earned a well-deserved 5-star review.”
